1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply visit our website at www.inheritancearmory.com and browse through our wide selection of products. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the prompts to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Generally, orders for in stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking information (depending on the shipping option selected).

However, since we are a small shop there are times when we either don’t have your exact holster combination in stock or we need to order materials to complete your order.  In that case, there may be a slight delay as we manufacture, process and ship your order.  As much as we’d like to guarantee your order to be on your doorstep in two days, we cannot; we aren’t Amazon after all.  We appreciate your understanding.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your items. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for a refund or exchange.  We will do our best to come up with a satisfactory solution!
